Download this template and follow the steps to create your own version of a gift & entertainment policy which regulates the degree to which employees can give or receive gifts, hospitality “favors” & entertainment from and to clients, competitors, customers and other business contacts in order to limit the risk of compromising their judgement and prevent opportunities for the exchange of bribe and inappropriate exchanges.

The policy will have guidance for employees about if they may/may not solicit, receive, offer or give gifts, hospitality and entertainments to customers or other affiliates and guidance about what to do when a gifts, hospitality “favors” or entertainment are permissible.
